We're continuously monitoring Australian Government Department of Health recommendations in relation to Coronavirus (COVID-19) and responding accordingly. We're also registered with the NSW Government as a COVID Safe business with a COVID Safe plan.
OLDBURY COTTAGE IS A REGISTERED COVID-19 SAFE BUSINESS
In the event that you need to cancel your reservation due to government restrictions preventing travel or due to you or your travel partner testing positive to COVID-19, we offer a 100% refund.
Additional precautionary measures we have adopted include:
Washing all cottage linen at 90 degrees
Sanitising all touch points such as light switches, handles, door knobs, remote controls etc
Wearing gloves while cleaning
Observing all good personal hygiene recommendations
Airing the cottage at length, between guests
For your safety, we're also asking our guests to let us know if they have returned from overseas in the past 7 days, if any member of their household is currently self-isolating, and to advise within 7 days of staying (or 7 days after staying) if they test positive to COVID-19.
Our vigilance around personal hygiene and cleaning standards is integral to the minimisation of risk for everyone. Please rest assured that sanitisation is our highest priority.
We pride ourselves on the cleanliness and presentation of Oldbury Cottage and, as such, we do not outsource any cleaning of linen or the cottage itself. This affords us continued high levels of confidence.
